How does the management work — what do you do for me?
Everything that stands between you and the work and the guest. We inspect and prepare the property, do styling and landscaping, professional photography, create and optimise the listings on the platforms, smart pricing, guest service from first contact to check-out, cleaning and linen changes, maintenance and restocking. You just follow the results and get paid.
Can I use my own property whenever I want?
Yes, always. You block the dates you want to use — for you, for the family or for whoever you choose — with full flexibility. The property remains yours; we only take care of it when it's available for guests.
Will I be able to track what happens with my property?
Yes. You have full transparency: you follow bookings, occupancy and finances in real time, at any moment. No black box — you see exactly what comes in, what goes out and how your property is performing.
What about cleaning and maintenance between stays?
Our team does a full clean and linen change after each departure, to hotel standard, and checks the property at each stay to fix any issue before the next guest. We also track and restock the consumables (amenities, utensils, whatever is missing).
How do you avoid overbooking across platforms?
