Villa Kubitschek is a refined private villa tucked into a leafy estate in Lago Sul, just minutes from the JK Bridge. Sleeping up to 16 guests in four en-suite bedrooms, it offers the calm of the Cerrado with the polish of a boutique stay — and the entire house and leisure area are yours alone, never shared with other guests.
Inside, two living rooms and a complete kitchen give everyone room to relax, with air conditioning and a smart TV in every bedroom. Outside, enjoy a heated pool, a jacuzzi, charcoal and gas barbecues, a professional billiards table, table tennis, a playground and trampoline for the children, an open plaza and generous parking. A live-in caretaker is on site and your host is always reachable by WhatsApp.
Lago Sul is Brasília's finest residential district — a microclimate softened by the Paranoá Lake, rich in green reserves such as the city's Botanical Garden. Supermarkets, pharmacies, a 24-hour bank and a laundry are all close by, while the JK Bridge puts the monumental axis, the Esplanada and the city centre within easy reach (a car or rideshare is the way to get around).
