Casa Villela is a warm, easy-going 120 m² home in the green calm of Lago Sul, set within a 6,000 m² property near the JK Bridge. Sleeping up to 15 guests, it pairs the comfort of a real home with the freedom of a private outdoor space — and it is just as happy hosting a relaxed family stay as a birthday, a kids' party or a small celebration.
The house offers a full kitchen, a living room with three double sofa beds, smart TV and air conditioning, and two spacious suites configured with a king bed, a bunk and a sofa bed each — flexible sleeping for families of all shapes. The private leisure area is the real star: a swimming pool, charcoal and gas barbecues, a second full kitchen, sofas, hammocks and seating for up to 30 — made for long afternoons outdoors in the Cerrado air.
Tucked in the SMDB Conjunto 29 of Lago Sul, you have quick access to the Esplanada dos Ministérios and to both Asa Sul and Asa Norte of the Plano Piloto. You are about 2.9 km from the JK Bridge, 10 km from Brasília International Airport (JK) and 12 km from the Esplanada, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants all close by. We ask guests to respect the quiet hours of this residential area, especially after 10 pm.
