How it works

1. Choose the house by the size of your party
Events from 30 to 150 guests with exclusive use from 10 AM to 10 PM.

2. Simple, transparent pricing
Just R$ 100 per guest and a R$ 1,000 cleaning fee — needed to pay two cleaners, cleaning supplies, rubbish bags, etc.

3. Everything ready
Kitchen with gas, utensils and detergent; gas and charcoal barbecue; bathrooms with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper.

Important agreements

🔇 Moderate sound
Under the condominium's quiet-hours rule, we don't allow live bands or loud DJs. Background music is welcome.

🪪 Entry control
For events with many guests, the client provides someone to manage entry and exit, avoiding disturbances to neighbours.

🅿️ Large events
Hiring security may be necessary — they also direct guests' vehicle parking.
